I believe that exercise is very important for the body and the mind. When I work out, my body feels good and healthy. Also, my mind feels refreshed. If I am stressed about school, sometimes working out helps rejuvenate me, and I will be ready to hit the books once more. I want to remain healthy throughout my whole life. I intend to keep working out, playing sports, and eating healthily for the rest of my life. I certainly do not want to live up to Indiana’s reputation and statistics for obesity.
